Dresden plate quilt top skirt

Skirt repurposed from an antique hand stitched Dresden plate quilt top circa 1930-1940 with gorgeous Feedsack fabrics. Measures 22” across waist x 36” tall.  May show signs of wear.  Adjustable tie makes this a one size fits all of XS to XL
